Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Halea Yoga you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Halea Yoga website www.haleayoga.com.
GENERAL
- All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.
- Purchases of products are only refundable in new and unused conditions up to 10 days after purchase.
- All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.
- Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. Halea Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed, or canceled for any reason.
- Please arrive at least ten minutes before class.
- Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation-based class. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.
- Halea Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
- The front doors will be locked at the start of every class. For safety reasons, no one late for class is permitted entry, and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
- You agree that a qualified medical practitioner finds you to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes and classes that incorporate high-intensity and high-impact training.
- It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.
- Classes at Halea Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.
- You will follow all instructions given to you by Halea Yoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
- In attending classes at Halea Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns, nor legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Halea Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Halea Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
- Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
- By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE
- Class must be canceled at least 1 hour prior, via the website or app, otherwise it will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the forfeit of the class. This applies to all Memberships, Drop-in ,and 10 Class Package pricing options.
- Class that a student does not show up for nor does the proper cancellation, will be considered a “no-show” and will result in a penalty. This applies to all Memberships ($20), Drop-in, and 10 Class Package (loss of class) pricing options. This applies no matter the size of the class.
- If you do not attend or cancel within 2 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop.
- Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others.
CLASSES
- Gear to bring: mat, towel, and water bottle. If you do not have a mat, we have a limited amount of yoga mats to lend you. You may fill your own water bottle for free from our filtered cooler.
- No shoes are allowed in the yoga studio space.
- No cell phones are allowed in the yoga room.
CLASS PASSES
- 10 Class passes apply to in-studio classes and expire 12 months from the purchase date.
- Class passes may be not be shared between students but can be used to register a guest.
- Full time student discounts or select partner staff receive a discount on 10 Class passes.
NEW STUDENT SPECIAL
- Our new student 14 days of unlimited special is available to new students only, no matter how long it has been since you have been to a class at Halea Yoga. One special per student is permitted.
- The 2 week intro offer is non-committal and does not auto subscribe you to an additional payment.
- There are no penalty fees during the 2 week intro.
- Studio rentals are complimentary for the 1st class of New Student Special only
- All promotions are non-transferable, non-returnable, and cannot be shared.
HALEA MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
- The Halea Monthly Membership cannot be shared.
- You will be billed on the same day of each month; this amount will be automatically charged to your credit card associated with your account.
- You can update or change your credit card in your online account or in the studio.
- Halea Monthly Memberships can be frozen as long as requested. Your subsequent monthly auto-payment will shift forward by a commensurate number of calendar days. Pause requests must be submitted via the membership suspension form on the Halea Yoga website. Please allow up to 72 hours to process the request.
- You can cancel your Halea Monthly Membership at any time with 7 days’ notice via the membership cancellation form on the Halea Yoga website. If you cancel, you may lose your existing rate. For this reason we suggest suspending your membership first. Please allow 48 hours to receive and process your cancellation request.
- If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, then your membership may be canceled and/or you may be assessed a fee. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership with 7 days’ notice in writing, otherwise unpaid membership payments will be back-charged.
- It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Halea Yoga reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed.
- Halea Yoga is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
- If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, Halea Yoga may cancel the membership and you will be ineligible to sign-up for an auto-renew membership in the future.
- All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized; this includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred.
- We reserve the right to cancel memberships.
HALEA YEARLY MEMBERSHIP
- 1 Year Unlimited begins upon purchase or upon first visit after the current pass expires and lasts for 12 months before automatically renewing your next year cycle.
- 1 Year Unlimited is non-refundable.
- 1 Year Unlimited includes 24 guest passes.
GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, programs, account credit, and/or retail purchases. They are not redeemable for unlimited memberships.
- Gift cards can be purchased and sent electronically through our online store or in-studio.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
