Introducing HALEA YOGA: Inspired by the Mountains, Aligned with You

This studio has always been more than just a space to practice, it’s a place to land, listen, and connect to yourself. Though we have made the decision as Pranify Seattle to separate from our Kelowna, BC studio counterpart, we are grateful for all of the moments and memories as conjoined studios that have led us to this next chapter. Pranify Yoga Kelowna still carries on the Pranify name while Seattle still carries on its spirit as Halea Yoga. Rest assure our ownership, leadership, and teachers remain the same.

Halea Yoga represents a space rooted in community, groundedness, and awe. Just like towering mountains that stand unwavering through time, Halea Yoga is a place of strength, transformation, and discovery. We honor the Yogic journey of the self, through the self, to the self. All of its peaks, valleys, and edges. All while guiding you on your way back home. Home in your body, your mind, your heart. Home in your ease, safety, joy, and courage. A home where you are welcomed and cared for.

“Halea is inspired by the quiet strength of the mountains and by something even more personal: my daughters, Malaya and Nova. Malaya, whose name means freedom, reminds me to open my heart, create space for possibility, and embrace the art of letting go. Nova, evoking the brilliance of a new star, symbolizes transformation, radiance, and the ever unfolding beauty of life. Together, their names embody what Halea stands for: grounded presence, mindful movement, and the freedom to be authentically yourself. This isn’t just a rebrand; it’s an honest reflection of who we are at our core.”

– Brandon Sutton, Studio Owner

A space that feels like home

“I had never been to a heated yoga class so I was a bit wary about whether Halea would be the studio for me. However after several classes I’m hooked. This a wonderful community where we can all feel at home and build our practice at our own pace.”

— Sara G.

Yoga for everyone

“Halea has helped me slow down and reset. The meditative yoga style is calming and therapeutic. Plus, l really appreciate that there’s no judgement, showing up is the most important goal! Highly recommend checking out the different class options, there’s something for every mood and every body.”

— Tripura T.

More than movement, it's a space to connect and unwind

“A couple very nice touches are that they invite you to relax in the space for a bit after class ends if you need some cool-down time and the instructors from each session sit at the front desk after, as students are leaving. It’s a very nice way to have connection as you go.”

— Brian C.

Home away from home

“I love this studio! You can feel the heart and intention within the space. It’s very clean, organized and in a great location.  And all the teachers are great. It feels like a safe haven away from home.”

Breathwork is the practice of consciously working with the breath in a way that brings into unordinary states of consciousness, as well as deep states of relaxation. Conscious-connected breathwork is also used therapeutically to unwind tensions held in the physical, mental, and emotional body, and also helps to access deeper dimensions of the body, psyche, and spirit, and supports healing, deep insight, and self-discovery.
