Inspired By The Mountains.
More Than Movement, It's About The Journey Back Home To Yourself.
Base (Signature Hatha)
If you’re looking where to begin at the start of your yogic journey or personal goals, always remember to start at the base of the mountain.
Base is your grounding hot yoga practice designed to reconnect you to breath and stability. In a heated room (95–100° with 40–60% humidity), this accessible all-levels set Hatha sequence invites you to slow down, hold foundational postures longer, and tune in deeply without the rush.
You’ll leave class feeling centered, stretched, and more at ease in your body.
Elevate (Signature Vinyasa)
Ready to take the next step up the mountain and move forward in your yoga journey? Elevate is a flowing Vinyasa practice inspired by our Base class and designed to build strength, focus, and clarity through intentional movement. This foundational breath to movement sequence is similar each time to create familiarity, but with room for your practice to elevate. Each class offers the chance to refine your form, deepen your breath, and expand: one breath, one movement at a time.
Set in a heated room (97–99° with 40–60% humidity), this class supports safe, deep stretching, and promotes muscular engagement. Ideal for students ready to grow in a supportive, steady paced environment. All levels welcome.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected from the ground up.
Summit (Power Vinyasa)
Ready for something different? If you crave variety, challenge, and creativity, this is the class for you. Summit is a dynamic Vinyasa practice that shifts each time you step on the mat. With every instructor bringing their own unique breath to movement flow, no two classes are ever the same. Expect inventive sequencing, fresh transitions, and peak postures designed to build both mental and muscular endurance.
Set in a heated room (97–99° with 40–60% humidity), you’ll engage your full body (especially upper body and core), while developing stamina, stability, and strength. This customizable class offers the perfect balance of effort and ease, blending moments of peak challenge with deep rest, stillness, and intentional recovery. Ideal for students looking to push their edge, explore new territory, and grow in unexpected ways. All levels welcome. Choose your own adventure.
Summit invites you to show up strong, stay focused, and rise to the peak challenge of muscle and mindset and then fully let go.
Looking for lower temperature Vinyasa? Flow with us Sunday 5:30p.
Edge (Yoga + Strength Based Training)
You know that place just outside your comfort zone? That’s where the magic happens and that’s exactly where Edge takes you.
This high energy, strength infused vinyasa yoga class fuses foundational postures with optional light weights to challenge your body and sharpen your mind. Every movement is intentional, rooted in breath, aligned with purpose, and designed to build full-body endurance and power.
Expect creative sequences, movement repetitions, and functional strength work balanced with playfulness and mindful recovery.
Edge is where muscle meets mindfulness, and grit meets grace. The room is warm (93–95°) to support safe movement and mobility while keeping the focus on strength, not just sweat. Ideal for students ready to explore new territory, build resilience, grow confidence, and discover how strong they really are. All levels welcome. Choose your own adventure.
Ascend (Yin and Meditation)
Life’s nonstop pace can leave your body tight and your mind wound up. Ascend is your opportunity to slow down, rest, and come home to yourself.
This all levels class gives you the chance to invite you to pause, soften, and sink deeply into long-held seated or reclining postures that melt away the noise and tension.
Held for 3–7 minutes, each pose works into the fascia, releases deeply stored tension, and gives your nervous system a much-needed reset. The low heat to room temp class (75–80°F) enhances safe and deep stretching. Ascend is fully supported with props and is an excellent introduction to meditation and stillness. Customize your experience to meet your body wherever it’s at. An option for students with current injuries or injury recovery, pregnancy, or desire cooler temperature, etc.
Try our 30min Meditation classes- tap into the mind and breath, no movement needed. Blocks and meditation cushions provided. No mat or dress code requirement.
Leave class feeling lighter, blissed out, and relaxed.
Range: (Mobility)
Feel stiff, restricted in your movements, or disconnected from your body’s full potential? Modern life often leaves us trapped in limited ranges of motion, leading to discomfort and increased injury risk.
Range is your opportunity to break free from movement limitations and rediscover your body’s natural capabilities. This one-hour, low temp class (75–80°F), all levels class combines controlled stretching, joint mobility work, and mindful strengthening to help you move better, feel better, and perform better in daily life.
Using props like blocks, straps, resistance bands, or even light weights, you’ll explore functional movement patterns that enhance flexibility, stability, and body awareness. Each class focuses on specific movement patterns to help you build a strong foundation for lifelong mobility.
You’ll leave with greater range of motion, physical recovery, and future longevity.
There are different yoga movement styles that traditionally have different experiences and expectations.
Hatha is where all physical yoga practices and lineages come from. Learn traditional yoga poses that you can practice and utilize in other classes. Our signature class includes longer holds, slower pace, simplified transitions, and more balancing poses than most vinyasa classes. We suggest taking our Base class before Elevate or Summit.
Vinyasa links poses together to create more of a rhythmic flow to movements. Learn and repeat a sequence of movements to help with memory, coordination, and progress tracking through continuous practice. You might see dynamic or creative transitions or attempted peak poses that you work towards throughout class. If you're looking for consistency and simplicity, take our set Elevate class. If you want a different class every teacher and time, take our Summit class.
Yin is the opposite of our Yang, the cool to the heat, the lunar to the solar energy. This is a primarily seated or reclined class with a gentle, slow pace so you can slip into relaxation and receive the benefits of yoga without the heat or the sweat. Give your mind and body a break to restore and recover.
That's up to you! No matter what style of class you sign up for, there will be a moment of challenge and discipline. Whether that is a physical pose, the heat, your mental focus, or ability to be still with no distraction. Simultaneously, any class or direction can be simplified, slowed down, and adapted to your needs, energy levels, and skillset. Honor the open mind, not the ego.
We love how diversely aged our students are however the minimum age to practice is 16 years old. We appreciate the eager younger generation of new yogis but we thank you for respecting this policy.
As always, your personal choices are up to you and your medical professionals. Some students continue their heated yoga practice all the way to term. Some students opt into our lower temperature classes: Sun 530p, Sun 7p, Th 530p, Th 730p, Fri 2p. Ascend (Yin or Meditation) is a great option as well as Range or Edge for strength and mobility training. Talk to your teacher before class and educate yourself on modifications to support your changing body and ensure a safe, comfortable practice throughout your pregnancy. We recommend placing your mat by the studio door, the coolest part of the room. Bolsters are available upon request.
Yoga is a journey of breath and awareness! Each inhale and exhale is a step in your transformative path. Let your breath guide you both at the beginning and the end of your practice, while body alignment supports your journey in between.
Embrace the power of deep breathing through your nose – it nurtures your body and spirit.
If you catch yourself taking shallow breaths through your mouth, pause for a moment. Gently return to your breath and reconnect with the present moment in your practice.
Instructors will share various techniques for breathing, introducing you to terms like ‘Ujjayi’ that resonate with different styles. Explore what resonates with you as you progress. It requires dedication, but the rewards are profound!
