Our Classes

Inspired By The Mountains.
Move Than Movement, It's About The Journey Back Home To Yourself.

Base (previously known as “Roots”)

If you’re looking where to begin at the start of your yogic journey or personal goals, always remember to start at the base of the mountain.

Base is your grounding hot yoga practice designed to reconnect you to breath and stability. In a gently heated room (95–100° with 40–60% humidity), this accessible all-levels set Hatha sequence invites you to slow down, hold foundational postures longer, and tune in deeply without the rush.

You’ll leave class feeling centered, stretched, and more at ease in your body.

  Elevate (signature vinyasa)

Ready to take the next step up the mountain and move forward in your yoga journey? Elevate is a flowing Vinyasa practice inspired by our Base class and designed to build strength, focus, and clarity through intentional movement. This foundational breath to movement sequence is similar each time to create familiarity, but with room for your practice to elevate. Each class offers the chance to refine your form, deepen your breath, and expand: one breath, one movement at a time.

Set in a heated room (97–99° with 40–60% humidity), this class supports safe, deep stretching, and promotes muscular engagement. Ideal for students ready to grow in a supportive, steady paced environment. All levels welcome.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected from the   ground up.

Summit (power vinyasa)

Ready for something different? If you crave variety, challenge, and creativity, this is the class for you. Summit is a dynamic Vinyasa practice that shifts each time you step on the mat. With every instructor bringing their own unique breath to movement flow, no two classes are ever the same. Expect inventive sequencing, fresh transitions, and peak postures designed to build both mental and muscular endurance.

Set in a heated room (97–99° with 40–60% humidity), you’ll engage your full body (especially upper body and core), while developing stamina, stability, and strength. This customizable class offers the perfect balance of effort and ease, blending moments of peak challenge with deep rest, stillness, and intentional recovery. Ideal for students looking to push their edge, explore new territory, and grow in unexpected ways. All levels welcome. Choose your own adventure.

Summit invites you to show up strong, stay focused, and rise to the peak challenge of muscle and mindset and then fully let go.

Edge (yoga + strength based training)

You know that place just outside your comfort zone? That’s where the magic happens and that’s exactly where Edge takes you

This high energy, strength infused vinyasa yoga class fuses foundational postures with optional light weights to challenge your body and sharpen your mind. Every movement is intentional, rooted in breath, aligned with purpose, and designed to build full-body endurance and power.

Expect creative sequences, movement repetitions, and functional strength work balanced with playfulness and mindful recovery.

Edge is where muscle meets mindfulness, and grit meets grace. The room is warm (93–95°) to support safe movement and mobility while keeping the focus on strength, not just sweat. Ideal for students ready to explore new territory, build resilience, grow confidence, and discover how strong they really are. All levels welcome. Choose your own adventure.

Ascend (Yin)

Life’s nonstop pace can leave your body tight and your mind wound up. Ascend is your opportunity to slow down, rest, and come home to yourself.

This all levels class gives you the chance to invites you to pause, soften, and sink deeply into long-held seated or reclining postures that melt away the noise and tension.

Held for 3–5 minutes, each pose works into the fascia, releases deeply stored tension, and gives your nervous system a much-needed reset. The low heat to room temp class (75–80°F) enhances safe and deep stretching. Ascend is fully supported with props and is an excellent introduction to meditation and stillness. Customize your experience to meet your body wherever it’s at. An option for students with current injuries or injury recovery, pregnancy, or desire cooler temperature, etc.

Leave class feeling lighter, blissed out, and relaxed.

Range: (Mobility)

Feel stiff, restricted in your movements, or disconnected from your body’s full potential? Modern life often leaves us trapped in limited ranges of motion, leading to discomfort and increased injury risk.

Range is your opportunity to break free from movement limitations and rediscover your body’s natural capabilities. This one-hour all levels class combines controlled stretching, joint mobility work, and mindful strengthening to help you move better, feel better, and perform better in daily life.

Using props like blocks, straps, resistance bands, or even light weights, you’ll explore functional movement patterns that enhance flexibility, stability, and body awareness. Each class focuses on specific movement patterns to help you build a strong foundation for lifelong mobility.

You’ll leave with greater range of motion, physical recovery, and future longevity.
