Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Halea Yoga you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Halea Yoga website www.haleayoga.com.
GENERAL
- All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.
- Purchases of products are only refundable in new and unused conditions up to 10 days after purchase.
- All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.
- Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. Halea Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed, or canceled for any reason.
- Please arrive at least ten minutes before class.
- Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation-based class. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.
- Halea Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
- The front doors will be locked at the start of every class. For safety reasons, no one late for class is permitted entry, and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
- You agree that a qualified medical practitioner finds you to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes and classes that incorporate high-intensity and high-impact training.
- It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.
- Classes at Halea Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.
- You will follow all instructions given to you by Halea Yoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
- In attending classes at Halea Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns, nor legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Halea Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Halea Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
- Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
- By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE
- Class must be canceled at least 1 hours prior, via the website or app, otherwise it will be considered a late cancellation or no show and will result in the forfeit of the class. This applies to all Drop-in and 10 Class Package pricing options.
- In the event that 1 Year Unlimited, Unlimited 1-Month, Halea Monthly Members, or New Student Special students have a late cancellation or no show to a full or waitlisted class, they will be charged a $15 per occurrence fee. We will only charge this fee if we are unable to fill the spot in a 100% full or waitlisted class.
- Workshop and event cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 12 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop.
- Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others.
- There is a $20 no show fee for memberships and a loss of credit for all no shows
CLASSES
- Gear to bring: mat, towel, and water bottle. If you do not have a mat, we have a limited amount of yoga mats to lend you. You may fill your own water bottle for free from our filtered cooler.
- No shoes are allowed in the yoga studio space.
- Cell phones must be silenced in the yoga studio space, ideally left in the lobby.
CLASS PASSES
- 10 Class passes apply to dock yoga or in-studio classes and expire 12 months from the purchase date.
- Class passes may be shared between students. The same expiration dates apply to shared packages.
NEW STUDENT SPECIAL
- Our new student special is available to new students only, no matter how long it has been since you have been to a class at Halea Yoga. One special per student is permitted.
- All promotions are non-transferable, non-returnable, and cannot be shared.
HALEA MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
- The Halea Monthly Membership cannot be shared.
- You will be billed on the same day of each month; this amount will be automatically charged to your credit card associated with your account.
- You can update or change your credit card in your online account or in the studio.
- Halea Monthly Memberships can be frozen up to 3-months per calendar year (January–December) unless you have a note from a doctor. Your subsequent monthly auto-payment will shift forward by a commensurate number of calendar days. Pause requests must be made in writing by emailing info@haleayoga.com. Please allow 48 hours to process the request.
- You can cancel your Halea Monthly Membership at any time with 30 days’ notice in writing by emailing hello@haleayoga.com. If you cancel, you may lose your existing rate. Please allow 48 hours to receive and process your cancellation request.
- If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, then your membership may be canceled and/or you may be assessed a fee. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership with 30 days’ notice in writing, otherwise unpaid membership payments will be back-charged.
- It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Halea Yoga reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed.
- Halea Yoga is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
- If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, Halea Yoga may cancel the membership and you will be ineligible to sign-up for an auto-renew membership in the future.
- All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized; this includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred.
- We reserve the right to cancel memberships.
HALEA YEARLY MEMBERSHIP
- 1 Year Unlimited begins upon purchase or upon first visit after the current pass expires and lasts for 12 months.
- 1 Year Unlimited is non-refundable and cannot be extended, paused, or canceled.
- 1 Year Unlimited includes 24 guest passes to be used 2 per month.
GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, programs, account credit, and/or retail purchases. They are not redeemable for unlimited memberships.
- Gift cards can be purchased and sent electronically through our online store or in-studio.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
